While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I experienced behind its entrance was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .

The restroom was in even a truly awful state— spilling over , with a shattered handle and walls covered in what I can only assume was fecal matter .

Going through other patrons’ reviews and conversing with residents , it seems that the quality of upkeep (or lack thereof) at Masterson’s is a long-standing issue . Many customers have reported spotting critters darting across the counter and proof of vermin in the adjoining rooms. For a business that offers beverages , these issues are entirely inappropriate and raise serious concerns about the quality of their offerings.

As I investigated further , I was horrified to find allegations against him involving sexual harassment , with multiple women accusing him of sending indecent material . Described as excessively forward and disrespectful , Cornwell’s misconduct has created an unwelcoming setting for women who frequent Masterson’s. His presence at the bar often resembled that of a sweating predator than a friendly owner .
